Yesterday during the night is was VERY windy and continued through out the day. It still is windy and will be until Monday!!
I went to Macy’s and picked up my Clinique face powder and new bag with goodies…might as well get the bag and goodies since I am paying $40 for face powder.
Rick’s step sister Beth called me early in the morning and she was coming down from Phoenix so we met her, Mike and Jamie for lunch.

I keep seeing videos pop up of types of make up, I like the look of the Laura Geller. I do not know anything about them but they seem to glide on their faces in the videos. I have used the same make up I get at Walmart for years.
What made you go to the Clinique face powder or have you always used it?

I have used a few products from Clinique for MANY years……blush, face powder, eyeliner and foundation. I know buy Avon eye liner and havent bought Clinique foundation for a few years.
I like Cliniques blush and face powder because it lasts a long time ….I find drug store brands are so powdery that they didnt last as long for me.
I do not like the store band face powder. What kind did you get, is it loose powder or compacted ( if compacted is the right word )

This looks like a good and easy to use foundation rather than being a liquid (which I don’t care for). I should try and find some for myself (if I can figure out the right shade). My favorite foundation years ago was Mary Kay Day Radiance liquid foundation in the shade Antique Ivory. Unfortunately Mary Kay changed the formula and colors and I never liked the changes.
I use it over my makeup.
Okay. I would prefer just one layer of makeup/foundation on my face. However, normally I don’t use any makeup even though I’d look better with at least some minimal makeup.
They do have a nice light foundation I used to use…They help you match the color to your skin
It says you can use this as a foundation..I should try it like that sometime

Good morning, The sun is shining and it is going to be a beautiful Fall day. Yesterday was unusually warm with some humidity in the morning then it cooled down and rained some. Our neighbor, Gary, was picking up a chair someone was giving them. When he got back with it Denny was over at our garage vacuuming it out. Pretty horrible. All the work making crust I hated to throw it. I did only use half as I always make a double batch and freeze one dough for another time.
Rick buys frozen pizzas and adds ingredients….he has been known to add too much or just not bake long enough and the dough isnt crispy and I hate them that way too.
Denny just happened into the kitchen and asked if the pizzas were ready so I told him to look, I had 3 more minutes on my timer to check them. He said ‘I am going to call it’. I had not used those metal type pans before. I would not use them again.
Crust needs to be crispy on a pizza!
Yes and Rick uses the metal baking pans too. We have a pyres round pizza cooking pan that he doesnt like to use.
the metal pans with holes on the bottom are better to use, I think…we don’t use the oven, though, we have a Pizzaz pizza cooker, have used it for years.
We dont have any pans with holes
you’ll have to get one! ours was cheap
a flat baking sheet works for us.

I have a check up at sometime soon it is an annual thing so I will have chance to talk about another type inhaler.No chance of even a shower now full sunshine so I had better not complain.lol.
Breathing ok right now it is laying in bed that starts me wheezing early morning that is why I think we are getting up early.

This morning we had a new animal reported on the lake association Facebook page…a MOOSE! A young bull moose was spotted in a field that’s right behind the cabins/homes right across the lake from us.
