A very wet and windy start to the day but not a bad temp today of 60F.
No sign of frosty weather this week but some more wet days to come.
No named storms either on the horizon.
Will be ab wet trip out for the paper this morning.☔.
It was very windy yesterday and I just had to look out of the window to see leaves cascading down from the Wisteria.
Too wet to do any a sweeping.lol.

It has stoped raining now tome replaced by a gusty wind of 31mph at times.
More leaves to sweep up when it dries up outside.😟.

Been raining since yesterday; so dark/dreary. Chuck got home around 11a, lookin’ a little beat up from all the fun. 😎 He seemed ‘lighter’; I’m so glad. 💖They got Cody’s son Noah/Jamie and their boys on Zoom from S.Carolina so they could enjoy the pumpkin carving on Friday night and again some of the party when they got home from the Coffin Races in Manitou Spgs. on Saturday afternoon. I went to Walmart early yesterday morning. I washed a load of clothes and then had a quiet day too. I watched recorded shows to catch up on them. I watched some college football games with Rick.
It is 56° right now.
I will be going to early church and then we are going to Porchfest this afternoon.

Oh kind of……I must say I miss the old store. I knew my way around. I find the set up is weird. The clothing dept is weird to navigate. They have tried to make this store more MOD!!!! It is hard to explain……seems to me like less clothes.
I could hardly believe when Walmart started having mannequins! They have some more expensive brand clothing now too. I like some of it.
I wanted to look at clothes more but i couldnt navigate that are well so gave up.
Target started this with mannequins year’s ago
I really have not shopped at Target much over the years. I found the same products, like make up or etc. were a bit more at Target. I used to take Isabel when she was little there, she loved the toys area and we would get a sweet and a drink at the Starbuck’s they had in the store. Fun memory now.🥰
Target is more expensive. They’ve lost a lot of business and they’re trying to lower prices. I do love the Starbucks in there since I get gift cards for Christmas
Never liked baggy trousers gotta fit tight for me ! I remember wearing a looser pair of jeans in a cafe
and when I stood up my foot from the other leg caught in the hem and I went down flat so embarrased
never again ! 😳
I guess I have never worn baggy either,,,,bell bottoms but they were tight until the bell.

34 going up to 61 with sun all day.
These late October days are so beautiful, warming into the late mornings and afternoons with sunny skies. I am loving it.
A quiet day yesterday, I did ironing and making a pillow cover and walks and reading.

Looking around the coasts people and their dogs are out walking or running in the early morning sunshine but I have never been that person and I guess looking back I have missed a lot with my stay in bed attitude over the years but I don’t think I was that get up and go sort of person. I became an early riser and walker when i retired. Before then I stayed up later at night.
Good morning, clock change and we are back an hour but the sun is out bright coming in the windows so being up early is not so bad !
I am up but only half awake just need a cup of tea to help with the waking up process ! 🤗

I do like the mornings being lighter with the time change but do not at all like it being dark so very early. Dark eating supper.😌

Made it until 5-45 this morning and lovely to have lighter mornings for a while.
More than made use of the extra hour.lol.
Weather today just 50f right now and a dry sunny day but with wind gusting to 40mph.
So a windy trip out for the paper but at least it is daylight now.
