Yesterday was walking, some cleaning and some laundry, of course.
I had three haircuts and made $130, not bad for a days work.
I just wish my back didnt hurt ALL the time.
We watched Monday night football and baseball, I went to bed before both games ended of course. Rick team won, the Cowboys and the Brewers won, my team.

Good morning, Another sunny beautiful October day, loving this trend right now. Yesterday was very warm we did not even need a jacket when we went to Freeport to take donations to a thrift store and we wanted to check out the newly modeled LLBean store. I wonder that too? I send them from my phone to email and then copy them into a folder to post. I don’t know how to post straight from my iphone.
Its easy to post from my phone..I do it quite often to save time from having to download them to laptop.
Try experimenting with your phone…..click on the paperclip and floowo what come next
I never really use my phone for chat here though, only one time actually.

Good rainy morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam It has been raining for most of the night but passing through at last at 7-00 . it is shopping day today had to move it up a day as Kerry is coming tomorrow to give to give our feet some TLC.lol Hopefully it will not rain until we get home. Good Morning! Sunny and 47 going up to 72. It was wonderful having Lauren here over the weekend and she enjoyed all of the reunion events. Over the weekend I was able to sort through some items and now have more donations set aside for Matthews Help Center. I came across some things that still had the store receipt with them. Good morning, Going up to 64 today and sunny. Very warm for this late in October, which is nice. Yesterday I scoured the bathtub and sinks and odd jobs like that. Around lunch time the doorbell rang and Ray was here to see Denny to give him something. I asked him in and he visited a bit. He is amazing for 93 with his hearing and all around ability to get around. We were getting worried we had not seen him coming or going this week. He did say yesterday he was having some sciatic pain in his leg but he was moving okay. He is bent over some, he is quite tall.
A really nice guy. Denny used to talk to him often when we were here before. He loved Danny and talks about him with us. He liked the picture we have hanging near the door of Danny boy.♥
I am a bit bent these days.lol.
I try to do gentle exercises to prevent that. My caregiver wants to see me to go over tests I had for bone density. I’m not anxious for any medications. I am trying to do more with stength exercises to improve bone density. I like this Physical therapist who shows easy gentle movement.

I went to church yesterday. In the afternoon we went to Porchfest where bands play on peoples porches. It was almost 80° and sunny so it was pretty warm! We sat at my favorite Halloween house with free popcorn and water to hear Mitzi Cowell play.
