Good morning,
Very cold here this week, only 42 now going up to 69 so it should be warmer this afternoon. Sunny all day.
Isabel is doing so good in college, she likes it and she likes Boston but still she wants to come home most weekends. To see her piggies ( guinea pigs ) and her parents she said. 🥰
I was busy working on my table runner yesterday. It made me think so much of my mom, the red Cardinals were a favorite of hers. Picture was before I sewed on the binding.
Need to grocery shop today.
Oh Jenn! What a beautiful table runner ♥️
Thank you Kathy.💖
Hi Jenn.
That is a gorgeous runner you are so clever and I just wish we had Red Cardinals in this country.😮
Thank you very much Ice, I am not talented like many quilters but I sure enjoy doing different styles and patterns.😍
I am sorry you do not have Red Cardinals in your country.
So do I ice, a favourite of mine ! 🐦
Oh wow Jenn
That table runner is beautiful!!!
Does Isabel go home most weekends? Is it close for her to do that?
Is Joe’s GF there yet?
Thank you Ardy, I think it might be one of my favorites. 😊
Isabel catches an Amtrak into Portland, ME and her parents pick her up, they live about 35-40 mins away. They love her coming home as much as she seems to want to come home. 😀
Poor Joe, everything was set to go but no plane yet. I’m beginning to wonder if it will ever happen.😮
Oh I didnt realize how close she was. When i first moved up around the Twin cities I went home every weekend…lol
Oh poor Joe!!!!
Looks like my little one I bought at the church craft fair
Yes I loved that one.😀
That is lovely Jenn how clever you are, its a piece of art for sure !
beautiful quilt! I love cardinals, too.
Good morning. I have been going non stop since I got home but I am done now!!! I finished cleaning the house yesterday and did more laundry. It was 80° Rick made green chile pork burros enchilada style.
You have been very busy Ardy, today you can relax.
Would you be more comfortable flying out there again after everything going well on your trip.
Oh I always stress and then wonder why……I plan on going tic MN this July and I will stress then too….it’s just me.
Oh that is great you have a trip planned for summer.
Hi Ardy
Great job getting all caught up with your routines.
Yes!! Rick said he cleaned but…………..I couldnt really tell. He tried so I will give him credit😘
I applaud Rick’s cleaning efforts even though they didn’t have your preferred results 😘
😂
Good morning, its dry but it says its going to rain, surprise ! Looking at the forecast after Sunday the whole week is sunny so might mean I can get outside as at the moment I am just standing at the front door doing deep breathing as it can’t be good just breathing stale air everyday and this fresh air feels good ! You might find me missing as its really hard to find things to write about as everyday is the same and nothing happens just the odd phone call from a man speaking in a foreign language from… Read more »
Adorable picture Beryl,
I hope you won’t stay away, just come over and say hi. I don’t have wildly exciting things to write about either.
How nice you have sun coming all next week. It is so good to breath fresh air, I try to get outside daily it lifts my spirits.😊
Love the pic, Beryl 😊
What a great idea to breathe in fresh air at the door.
I agree with Jenn. Just a simple hello post is fine if you don’t have anything to share.
Don’t stay away because of that…heck I dont have a lot to say most days.
Good morning.
Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam.
A cool night but a very sunny morning with no wind up to 60F today.
It looks like it will be a leaf sweeping morning when I sic myself up to get sweeping.
But coffee and bread sticks takes priority.lol.
A cloudy night so no view of the Northern lights again.
Beryl has been missing for a while I hope she is well and just having a walk about.
Will see you all after I collapse back on to my computer after the sweeping effort.lol.😀😘
Hi ice, nothing to write about but I do read comments and “like” but I am always at the Czech cam posting pictures, I am alone there it seems its my destiny, lol, but what can I do ! 😘
Hi Beryl.
It is just nice to know that you are still ticking over well.
You will never be alone while you are on SPO.😀😘
Good morning Ice,
I hope you are back from leaf sweeping and not too worn out from it!🥺
Surprised to hear you are having a sunny and warm day, enjoy.😘
Hi Jenn.
Oh my goodness am I pleased that is over for another year.
Still leaves around but we have broken the back of it.🙄
Very few left on the tree now.
But there was the sunshine to help.lol.😘
It is surely a relief when a job we do not look forward to is completed. You ‘broke the back of it’ so you have won!😊
Hi Ice
Glad to see you had the right priority of coffee and bread sticks taking first place 😄😘
😘😂
Good morning Ice
Hi Ardy.
Time for you to take it easy now I think.lol.😘
lol i have toenails and give Nikki a bath today

Goodness how beautiful ! 😍
STUNNING
♥️💚♥️
Wow, love to see something like that in the sky ! 👌
Beautiful!💚
Warmed up to 73 today; placed a Sam’s order for pick-up in Pueblo tomo. Unfortunately, i’ll have to go INSIDE Kroger. UGH. i need stuff that I have to pick myself; i don’t like the ‘shopper’s choices sometimes. Chuck’s b-day is the 19th and he really likes ice cream cakes. I just refuse to ‘send him in’ to pick out his own, even with my card. He does so much for me, i’m sure i’ll survive 🙄
This was in today’s newspaper, it happened in a southwest suburb of Denver ↓↓
Wow, that was kind of wild! What a thing to wake up to!🙀
Wow, no more pennies will be made after today!
COIN LOSS: The United States ended production of the penny on Wednesday. For more than 230 years, the penny has circulated through American piggy banks and cash registers. But rising production costs – each penny now costs nearly 4 cents to make – and shifts in consumer behavior have made it impractical to keep producing them.
