31 going up to 50 with sun today. We had rain all day yesterday but never saw any snow flakes they thought we might have.
Denny had the best birthday he said and we never left the house. I made a big breakfast for him and we watched a movie but the best was the Patriots WIN over Texas game. Denny was texting back and forth with the boys and the excitement was so fun. Also we had pie I made him for his birthday. He said it was a fantastic birthday.💖

I was hoping the Bears would win, but, they didnt. All the teams I like are long gone…..

It is tough when your team is out but sad too when other teams you might root for are out as well. It feels so good to have our team back. I have to admit.💖

I usually do make my own. I make 2 at a time and if it is a one crust pie I freeze the other for another day.

i don’t like it when they predict a possible huge storm really early. All this past week we heard about this storm passing by us in the Carolinas and we only got rain and not as cold temps as they predicted. It was a good outcome but the constant talk of worse weather is not fun. Sorry your getting rainy days this week, blah!

Hello…went to church, then McD’s for coffee and a snack wrap..then to FIL’s (forgot my sweater there last night)…chatted with the caregiver, played with the cat..FIL was quiet, watching tv and dozing off and on..I took down some Christmas decorations but left out some winter ones. Going to relax in a bit, maybe have some of the soup that’s in the freezer..I have a petsittting job for a couple days so just a short one but fun.
