Good morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam. I sound like a broken record but more of the same wet stuff again today but temp staying in the 50F range. Rest of this week and into next week more of the same, But I do see that they are forecasting temps by the end of next week in the lower 40F range and night frosts. Not good news for sis Deena, she wrote me last night that she has Lymphoma. 3 different areas lit up on the scan. She has a biopsy Friday to see which type, Hodgkins or non-Hodgkins. I am on PM chat with my sister Aud now.

Good Morning! Misty and 32 going up to 41 with light snow possible this morning but no accumulation is expected.
This morning I need to take MIL-Joyce to her rescheduled macular degeneration appointment that she had to cancel due to inclement weather.
Time for me to fix/eat my breakfast of oatmeal with cinnamon, sliced banana and slivered almonds.

Thank you! They were in decent shape yesterday on my side of town. I need to drive about 25 minutes to Joyce’s house but I’ll be on well travelled roads on the way so I am hopeful.

Good morning Yesterday the plumber came out to snake the overflow to the washing machine from the roof. Then he removed our toilet to put on a new seal, it was pretty gross underneath it especially since it had been leaking. He put in the new seal and the new kit that goes in the tank. He was here a little over two hours, seemed longer to me. Then he said they like to have someone come out with a light and look down our pipes and there is no charge for that. Not good news……Almost $5,000 if we do the whole house. It should of been $8,000 but for some reason James is giving us a discout.
Wow that is what I call expensive.
But if it cures your problem forever then it will be money well spent.

What a mess with the sludge in your pipes. We also had our garbage disposal removed and replaced it with new pipes under the sink. Good luck with whatever you decide regarding the sludge clean out process.

Our house was built in 1959 so they need a good cleaning. Rick and I agree the kitchen needs it but hoping the bathrooms arent bad because we dont feel like spending the money………….

Rick doesnt want to do the bathrooms….$$$ that is almost $3000 and that is with a big discount!!! If we do the bathrooms it will cost $5,000 where w/o the discount it would of been $8000.
I am not in the mood for two days of work and the possibility of cutting into the wall…..paint never matches if you do a spot…it been quite a few years now since we painted in there. We dont paint so we would have to hire that done.

Good morning, Much warmer 47 going up 56 to Rain is expected at 10 and it will be raining all day and through the night. There is hardly any snow outside now, the sun yesterday and warmer temps melted most of it. I was sitting out on the front porch talking to sis Barb on the phone and I could hear water running steadily off the roof out the downspouts. All the snow going away. No, not yet. We have the cabin to go in the Spring to and we planned last summer to have an addition put on for another big room. We have been in contact with the the man whos company would do this, he came over last summer to look it over and we got an estimate. I love the cabin.
