So I did GREAT. I’m so happy I almost cried a couple times. I walked the length of it, didnt hurry, talked to vendors, was still ok when I got in my car! There was still plenty stuff and I bought I think two naughty things too. I am in Walmarts parking lot hoping to see someone ride a scooter out. I certainly can’t walk Walmart. I haven’t read chat since I left, I will when I get home. Bye for now.

What the cakes are
I also bought a small watermelon. It is out in the garage refrigerator.
I dont see any artificial ingredients in your “naughty” cakes. Only good stuff, like baked at home. Well, it is baked at home. Very good !! Yummy ! I ‘ll come over for some cake and coffee, lol.
Well……I guess as good as possible for cake! At least some fruit in it to make it a bit healthier, and better flour, maybe less sugar than some cakes.

And the tomatoes look great, sure taste great ,too. My farm store grows them nearby, too. And cucumbers, berries, apples , plums and more. All close by. That is the best.

My neighbor lady has peaches in her garden . Not many on the tree this year, but last year the tree almost broke down. So many peaches were on it. She gave me some last year.
I think ,our strawberries are finished by now. Next year again…

Yes, freezing . But not canning.
Tomatoes look great. Like they have the full flavor of summer in them.
Yep.real home grown. Many vegetable farms grow them themselves, true, but I think they are a commercial variety developed to ship well. I think that is like my farm store. The tomatoes are really grown there, you can see them.

I could have walked with the cane maybe. But my walker has a tray all the way across and it helps to carry things. When you use a cane you only have one free hand.

I see okra, but we hardly have it here. I saw it once in a turkish store. I wouldnt know how to fix it right. Isnt it a bit slimy ? Lovely tomatoes !
Yes okra, yellow summer squash. The white things are a type of mushroom I’ve never heard of our saw. Julie thinks it may be Lion’s Mand Mushroom. The man who sold it said it was like a meat substitute, when cooks is like meat, chicken. Shreds like cooked chicken. I will see. He fries it with a little coating. I’m going to roast some today with just olive oil and salt. I’m going to cook the okra too, not sure what else.

As a meat substitute over here, i only know oyster mushroom or parasol mushroom.

Regular white mushrooms, okra, onion, bell pepper, sweet potato. I removed everything but the potato and added the new mushroom and yellow summer squash and put them back in the oven.

Good morning and a pretty one. We are fortunate, nice and green outside. Temperature not extreme. Other places extreme heat, drought, fires, poor air quality. My heart aches for them. My friend Linda in Oregon has a fire very close, she can see smoke, big firefighting helicopters and airplane fly over her dropping fire retardant. She said 2 days ago the fire. It Is possible she has been in some areas with no cell coverage but it has been a long time. And driveable Rv’s don’t tend to get in remote areas a lot, or for a long time. So I don’t know. I hope she is ok.

DD just called, hotel is not nice. She moved to a different room. Guests are mainly very young party people. And she paid a lot of money for this hotel, oh my. Well, …she should make the best of it.🙂.

You can probably google and find out how to copy/paste on your computer. Tell Mr. Google what your computer or operating system is, and ask how to copy/paste. You might need to google something separate like how to highlight. What kind of computer do you usually use?

No but some people are having trouble with the avatar disappearing then re-appearing. Probably because of the updates. I am on an apple iPad which is a tablet. No, i dont use a mobile phone at all. I have an old flip phone, dd’s first mobile phone. I take this with me, when i go somewhere long distance or when we used to be in scotland with nothing around us but hills and deer. That was before covid. This flip phone is just for emergency.
