Hello freundin, repairs just began Saturday DH finally found this company to fix just the area in question and is awful how much they require to removed, they consider all be done in a week and me been busy trying to find the tiles and costly. Good afternoon. My your breakfast sounded good. I had to look up quark and I understand how it goes with the rest. Very healthy and tasty. I have never had chia seeds or quark, but the mixture sounds good. I use mostly strawberries, peaches, blueberries, pineapple in Cheerios, cottage cheese or yogurt. Nothing really new with the doctor today. I have very flat feet, what is called collapsing foot. Rolled over onto my ankle, some neuropathy. Really I did nothing to cause it, probably could not have prevented it. It is up to me if I want to wear the braces. It won’t keep my feet from getting worse. Basically wear the braces if they help walking or I feel better with them on. If I don’t want to wear them, don’t think they help, then don’t.

If you have a medium-soft small rubber ball, then put it under your foot while you sit down and roll it carefully around on your foot-arch area. Yes, this is what i normally see. When i chat, then i make sure that i answer all the replies on my bell. Like when it shows the number 7, then i answer all the 7 replies to me. Then it says: no notifications or so. But then, when i was done and my bell was “empty” , i went scrolling thru chat one more time and discovered 2 or 3 more replies to me, which had not been visible on my bell.
I wonder if those replies were yellow or white…
