Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello…..last night we watched On Golden Pond…we love summer movies..the night before, The Whales of August. Today we went to the bakery and coffee shop…got a couple treats and I got a strawberry matcha…we sat in the park with our drinks and then walked around a bit, looking at the flowers. My sister is doing something with our mom now, after her lunch with friends, then stopping by before leaving. Debbie, my sister only has one cat now…she did have two….years ago she had two dogs and she’s had a couple bunnies also.

Survived the trip to Pueblo, not sure i’ll survive the unloading/putting perishables away; thought i was going to have heatstroke; Lordy! Not sure how many of these big trips i have left in me. If i went more frequently, it might be easier. 🤔 Saint Chuck waited to go see Rick until after i got home so he could help me get the groceries in.

because the type of house we needed for Rick was W-A-Y out of our price range. Chuck and i can live in a much smaller place. This house is 3900 sq ft 😟

I understand Pam. I guess I have it better. I can do Kroger pickup in my town and in store shopping 30 minutes away at Walmart. I order a lot through Amazon. Most of my clothes come through Woman Within.

Hi Pam…it seems we always end up with more groceries and supplies than what we intended on getting and sometimes I just want to sit and relax since it’s usually at night.

Sam’s won’t deliver out here; they’ll ship non-perishables, but not deliver perishables. And neither will Kroger as i’m out of Kroger’s delivery area 😭
Aren’t you about an hour from Kroger and Sam’s? I doubt if anyone does delivery that far unless through UPS or FedEx. We sometimes get Amazon delivers because we are 35-40 miles from a big distribution center. So things are just harder for you. About all you can do is shop that smaller grocery that is what, about 15 miles, to lessen the Pueblo trips.

Good morning…sitting on my porch sipping my iced vanilla creme brulee coffee…last night after frisbee and sprinkler, we went out for Mexican again with my sister..we were going to eat at the Thai restaurant but she closed early…so we took her to our favorite Mexican restaurant and ate outside. She might be leaving today…maybe we can go to the coffee shop or bakery first but sometimes she’s in a hurry by the time she gets going. Hope y’all have a good day 💕

Hi Lynn, you paint a pleasant picture, drinking good coffee on the porch. I love Thai food but Mexican is always a good choice. I hope you get more sister time, but I understand your sister too. When I have been away and going home I don’t want to go to late. Does your sister have pets at home?
