Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. We are going to watch one of our taped tributes to Dolly done Tuesday, the one with Gayle King. I think it will be the best one so far. Gayle looked like she had cried a lot. They all had interviews with Dolly and talking about their personal experiences with her. The YouTube one I can watch later.

I got some General Tso’s chicken It comes in a bag. Its dark chicken meat in chunks that’s breaded it comes with a spicey sauce, I add veggies to it and have it over rice😋 I get the chicken at the Dollar store

It comes frozen I get two meals from the bag

Julie: Last night I saw some kind of Senate panel highlighting all the charity, wildlife, etc., funds that have been reduced to pay for knocking down the East Wing, a ballroom, giving parts of national parks to private corporations, etc., and quite a few other things. It was very disturbing. They are preparing for some kind of action, but i didn’t get all the details yet.

I watched a video yesterday on Jackie’s life from a hatchling to 2023. It was a talk given by Sandy. Very interesting. Sandy was an interesting and very sweet lady.

Geesh I watched LION on Disney, true story and cried. Now I started watching a Nature show on desert lions and that made me cry too.
Hi Debbie. You may already know –Sandy was a biologist who devoted her entire life to Big Bear Valley, due in large part to her love for Jackie. I really admire her.

Hey! 😍 My day was spent sleeping. Couldn’t sleep past 1 am. And I started sleeping really well after 5:30 am, so, I slept till 2:00 pm!!! Now I am starved. I’m glad you had a nice walk today. Are you cooking anything special for supper tonight?

One one hand we honor Jackie which is great. On the other hand, our government makes laws that keep us from protecting wildlife. Actually the laws hurt humans too. We need our lakes, forests, parks.
States need to add their own protection, protect trees from being cut down. Also stopping development of habitat areas
If I remember correctly, that was part of the plan. Seems the federal government didn’t think they should pay anything to support any protection or health needs in the individual states.
And they’re trying to take them away from us, one at a time. One individual wants to purchase part of one of our parks so that he can have a private road for his customers to access his commercial property. It is on the table now. 😢

Nancy called to. She saw Tammy at Sam’s and Tammy got Nancy all upset talking about Brandon. Tammy thinks the hospital killed Brandon. It has been 5 years and she really isn’t better, keeps her children upset too. All of them blame Dr. Fauci, even Jo on that one.

Why was Dr. Fauci blamed?
It makes no sense, what so ever. The proof is in the pudding if you got vaccinated, wore a mask washed your hands stayed home when you were sick and didn’t spread Covid to others. You could survive Covid, people who died didn’t have to die.
I just haven’t seen that he did anything wrong. All I ever saw was that he was humiliated for trying to save lives.

Best to google it. I don’t know or understand it all. There was a big senate hearing with Dr Fauci who gave an opening statement then mostly just took the 5th to every question. There is a lot written about it. This has been ongoing 5 years and I think Biden gave him a pardon before he left office.
