Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. We can get notifications about things happening at nest sites so I don’t know why we can’t get notifications about upcoming updates.

Yep, I remember trying to come up with some way to prove my identity over the phone. 😂 I kept asking, is this Debbie, or is this Jo? And you keep asking, who is this? It took us a while to figure it all out. I think I must have been thinking that maybe you would eventually recognize my voice, but then, how could you? We don’t talk with voice usually. 🤣🥰 I’ll be better prepared next time.

Right, it opens and allows me to change id info, but there is no inbox or place to prepare message or select recipient. It’s like the only thing there is ID or personal data.

Thanks, it’s okay, but i think it is a SPO issue. I don’t have this trouble anywhere else. I can’t use this system on my PC. No microphone, and RA doesn’t help with typing on the bigger keyboard.
I wish you could get to see the RA doctor. So do you use the microphone for most of your posts?
Anytime I’m going to be using any kind of messaging these days, I try to use my phone and, yes, I use the microphone most of the time. However, I am pretty quick with just one hand on the little keyboard.

I was out yesterday morning so I didn’t get to see it. I did read the highlights. Sounds like the US team played good together. They play again tomorrow afternoon. I will be gone again so I won’t see it unless I get home for the end of the game.

I got a red headed woodpecker recently. I don’t see them often and they are so pretty. They are very shy and skittish. Looking around, nervous. They love suet.
Red Heads are one of my favorite birds.
