Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good morning Bella Buds. We are in route to Somerset. Today is a sad day for American. Even sadder when you realize how so many of that day’s hero’s still suffer from really bad health issues, and then think of the families. I didn’t realize when I got out my clothes I am wearing red, white and blue clothes, but I was really glad when I did realize. The red and blue look the same as the flag. Today is my sister’s Birthday. I remember she called me 25 years ago and told me to turn on the TV….just shocking to see. I even forgot it was her BD until that afternoon.
