Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I didn’t need to be up at 5am🙄 the corners is a place I walk to, food places there also some bars, I like to stop at to talk to people I know catch up on things, find out info I need to know. For example: I need to find out what’s going on for the No Kings march on October 17th. No Aspen here there’s Ash trees that turn bright yellow and lots of Maples that turn orange and reds. Its a beautiful day to go for a walk. I like to walk to a destination😍

Its just beautiful out there should be pretty walking past the community gardens too. I really enjoy that. Who knows might see some Holloween decorations😍

Scary. I was looking at/deleting emails and there was an email from United Health Insurance. It said here is your EOB or claim, and a button to go see. The problem is, since Jan 1 I have a different insurance. I am sure I don’t have any left over documentation from 2025. I have no hospitalizations I don’t think since May 2024. Just doctor visits and routine tests. So needless to say I didn’t click on anything. The email looked very authentic!
I don’t think it hurts to open the email; I think the worrisome part would be to click on a link it might give
I’m sure! I still have to be careful because some of those look like companies I do deal with.
Debbie don’t open it scammers are using the United Health logo or title to scam people they are fishing you possibly

We have gotten alerts for scammers using businesses names. United Health was one of them. I get scam calls from United Health

I don’t stay glued to the TV for any sports event. I enjoy watching the craziness of some of the fans. NFL can be colorful and entertaining.

I enjoy a lot of sports. I’m the only tennis fan here even though some watch it occasionally. I like to watch football and basketball. I like to have sports on when I’m doing other things because if I’m not really into the game I can multitask and occasionally pay attention.

Oh I know its public but since her house is an Airbnb now some groups that stay there are large and lots of cars which is a pain now. We werent thrilled to have it turn into an airbnb…..different people coming and going ALL the time. It used to be a nice quiet cul de sac.
The Airbnb can bring lots of people and people you don’t know that would be a PITA big time for me😫

You usually do a later night night greeting than most of us. And, you do an early greeting. You must not require as lot of sleep??? Being in Easter Time zone, I send my greeting pretty early for the rest of you in a later time zone.
I guess I average sleeping about 7 to 7.5 hours. I don’t know if that is considered not much sleep. Give or take a little I sleep between midnight and a little after 7. It was almost 8 before I got up this morning. It doesn’t happen often that I am the first to post in the mornings. Ues, you are an hour later than me in your time zone so you do rise early in your time zone.
