Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good morning Bella Buds. You know my story already for today. My doctor’s office called and my lab from last week was normal. I was very happy as I’ve been worried for over a month. The last lab work from Rheumatoid showed high calcium, not real high, which made me worry about my parathyroid and the Wegovy. I was scared it was an early sign I couldn’t keep taking Wegovy. So I cut out eating so much cottage cheese, cut out milk, and stopped taking Centrum which supplied quite a bit of calcium. I’m still going to leave it off.… Read more »

When i moved to Tucson in 1979 and learned about her and saw her walking the same road daily a girl I later worked with knew of her and gave her a ride home one day, she lived in a very small camper. If I remember it didnt have electricity…..Later she ended up losing it and being homeless except for staying in a motel when she had $$.
She had the prettiest dresses.

She was around longer than i thought and older than i thought, but still girlish in her looks. I like that, but sorry she was homeless then and sorry what had happened to her.

Wigs are beautiful. I told Jo last night if I ever got cancer I would go buy a wig before I lost hair, that way I could tell the wig salesperson I want a wig that looks most like my natural hair and style.
My wig is like my normal hairstyle, my natural color is brownish.
Your idea about a wig is a good one, but dont think of cancer. We all may stay well.

Yes it hurts me just to see the pictures. I didn’t know you knew about her back in 1979, nor did I realize she was homeless, not on and on for sure. She must have had enough support to keep clothes and herself nice.
She wasnt homeless for many years, had the little camper. I am sure she bought those dresses at thrift stores.
