Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hi Debbie. I am doing okay today, ty. I had to take my husband to the doctor for a routine check up and blah, blah, blah stuff. I was so glad to get home and go to the office for a while. I haven’t heard anything from Lynn. But I was thinking — did she say something about them doing some traveling around Christmas or New Year’s? I’m glad you made it home safely and I was wondering if you had fun shopping for food? 🤗
I don’t think Lynn was planning a trip now, definitely not with her husband. I wonder about FIL.
You have been to sick to go out this soon! Is you husband unable to drive anymore? I enjoy shopping but I had to hurry. I’m used to going to Walmart after appointments, not before.
I remember somebody saying something like, “we may go here and there or do this or that, so don’t get worried if you don’t hear from me.” I just can’t remember who it was. But it might be her. 🤔 My husband can’t drive anymore, because of his neck, back and heart surgeries. Cabs are too expensive. So I just have to do it sometimes. Yes I loved that! It was so sweet. Beau fussed over them about 45 minutes, once he looked like he was going to drag food over. Nuzzling Gabby, finally they went to sleep together in the nest. It was just so sweet. I don’t think I have seen that.
I haven’t ever seen it or heard anything like it either. He is so enamored of those little eaglets.

Twitter renamed. In 2017 all of us had to log in at SPO using one of the social media sites. Facebook, Twitter, instagram and others. I tried to use FB but it showed my last name here. So I made a Twitter account and used it even though I don’t actually Twitter.

I wish I had known about the Umbrella Lady. I have never heard of her, but she seemed like a wonderful spirit. The picture of her is beautiful and shows her sweetness. I am going to do some further research tomorrow. 😘
