Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA

Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.

There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The chicks will continue to grow in the nest for about three to four weeks before fledging. More information about the cams, set-up or to make a donation please visit alyssasnaturesanctuary.org.

Thanks Ardy. I told her some friends said it was easy on Wegovy. Doc said she saw Wegovy and Zepbound patients every day but a lot haven’t done as good. The hardest part is loosing weight and keeping the labs where they are healthy. Food can really mess up lab work. Some things high, some low. I think protein is hardest.

JoAnn is on Wygovy but she eats what she wants as far as I know but, it has really curbed her appetite and her love for wine too.

It was on tv just yesterday that these drugs may be helpful for alcoholics.
How much has she lost?
I certainly can’t eat what I want.

Julie still has ice and the middle part of the state is very bad. it should be better tomorrow. Judy called and was pulling into the driveway to see about Jade and confirmed it was very bad in the middle of the state in the area Julie travels through.

Good morning
I have read the morning posts. I know your meds will get worked out but frustrating for now, not knowing.
I cleaned this morning. Did a little laundry…nothing to write about.

That is all I know, but I doubt it. It might be improved or improving but usually if they don’t get away by late morning they don’t go.

Today is the 5th anniversary of the attack on our national Capitol. It was a sad day for me, another sad day when every one of those convicted were released from prison.
