Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good morning Bella Buds sorta a hectic day again. I had to talk on the phone today with Express Scripts and 2 of their associated pharmacies. Seems my Wegovy will no longer be mail order which may be a good or bad thing. I think I’ll get it at Walgreens, but I don’t know if it will be the injectables or new pills. Regardless I predict this will not be a problem once it is worked out. What is the bigger problem is Orencia. Yes, I find it happens to me too. I start to get a little tired and weak. But I don’t want to get real heavy again either. I weighed 192 back then. I was a mess, due to steroids.
You are a tiny thing now.
I did feel tiny at first. But I don’t anymore. 😂

I guess so. 😊 I was always middle, not small and not large, but I felt really large and clumsy when I weighed that much. Now I feel like I should be able to fly.
How did you get started on steroids?
From pneumonia in 2008. Lung damage, then couldn’t get off the steroids and still breathe. They finally came out with Farenza, an injection that let me get off of prednisone. It worked so well, I lost almost 100 lbs in 3 months.. Still haven’t gotten over that. But I can breathe. Nowadays, I still have to watch what I eat, or I will start to gain weight.
A lot of that weight was swelling and fluid retention.
Yes, but I still have a bunch of swelling and water in my feet and legs. My calves are both reddened from it. Just can’t get rid of that water. I haven’t been able to wear heels in 17 years, I really miss that.

Hi Lin. I’m feeling some better, thank you. Doctor said it’s now running up to 3 weeks for most cases. Bummer for lots of folks. Wear a mask. 🙏🙏 for the owls. I haven’t followed them. Why do you call them “remaining”?
I read some feel better after 3 days and I think you had that strain! Thankfully, huh! Regarding the owls, the youngest died from lack of food. I’m headed there shortly to peek in on them.
Oh Lin, I just hate that when a wildlife baby suffers from no food. So sad. Thanks for letting me know what happened. I will go check it out also.

Yes, many pets over the years. I love animals and have had both cats and dogs, doves. Do you have pets? I think I read you have a dog or both? Could you tell the photo was a teeny tiny cow? 😁
I actually thought it was a teeny teeny deer. But cow works also. 😂 How cute! A pet would be nice. One that small might be interesting! 🤣 I did check the owls. so sad. Is this normal for barn owls?
Yes. They lay more eggs than any other owl so when food is scarce often younger ones get eaten. Gross huh!
Yes, gross, but I see the logic. For birds, anyway. I hear a lot of birds have more than they plan to have, just in case, so they end up with at least one.

Yes, I have a 7 lb Jack Russell mix. Her name is Dutchess. As she has always acted like one, since birth. 10 years old now. But I have had dogs, cats, fish, like you quite a few. I forgot, parakeets and lovebirds.

I bet she is spoiled rotten 🙂 I had a JR years ago actually named Dutch 🙂 But the love of my life was Bella. A rescued Rottie with an abuse history. I only had her three years but she stole my heart and still does.

Hi Debbie, are you going to change to the pill form of Wegovy? I will change to the pill form when mine comes out in a few months. It will be once a day though.
I think I won’t have a choice. Express Scripts did a robo call today. I can’t be sure if it was about the Wegovy or not. I think probably. I see family doc tomorrow I’m not sure if she will know. I’ll try to get ahold of Scripts tomorrow.
