Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I literally used to have dreams of levitating inside a room. Seems in the dream I had to concentrate on doing it and staying up, going around the perimeter of the room at the ceiling. Sorta floating.
I can kind of feel that, Debbie. I dream that I’m flying, like Superman. I go all over the world. The first time I flew I went to my grandmother’s house. Sometimes I have trouble staying up high enough. But I haven’t flown in a while, for some reason. What a feeling!

😂 Nope – I was sober! I flew all the way from here to Alabama, with both of my arms held straight out, following Rudolph. I remember flying over some drive-in movie theaters and thinking about picking up a couple of audio boxes, for some reason. My dreams can get really crazy! 🙃🙂🙃🙂

It is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my whole life. It felt really nice to fly, even though I was a little scared. 😅😂, I have flown several times since then, but not in a long while.

Grocery.
Thank you, I got a whole bunch of canned goods because of my refrigerator. And other packaged meals that don’t have to be refrigerated. I don’t know exactly when we will get the new refrigerator, I’m still working on it.
So the old one isn’t working at all. You might light the one we got. It is garage ready, I wonder if that would make a refrigerator better insulated and stronger. They don’t come with ice makers, you have to order them separately.
Hmm.. garage ready? I haven’t heard of that. I don’t need an ice maker, nothing fancy. Just a good working refrigerator/freezer. What kind did you get? Current fridge is working somewhat, but not reliable enough.

September or October. I just wonder if a garage ready fridge would be stronger for the house. But I do think they cost more.

Hello…it’s pouring down rain here…a spring like day, 50s, and tomorrow too but no rain tomorrow, partly sunny..the dark gloomy day made me tired..did just a couple things, and read and rested. the recent job, it had been two years since I petsat for them the first time…last summer I petsat there for maybe 6 days, then a day in the fall..the one coming up will be my first time taking care of this cat. I don’t have many people/pets anymore so maybe a couple jobs a year.
You could probably do more if you put the word out.

Once we had an ice storm here and I ice skated to the bar, from a old address- I lived at, it really was fun just skated on the side walks😂 it was faster than walking… I also cross country skied there too, loved being out in the weather

That’s me, Pam. I roller skated all over the neighborhood, but when I got on ice skates, I found out I couldn’t stop when necessary and always hit the wall of the ice rink. Just couldn’t do it. I felt like a kamikaze pilot.

I felt like I was definitely going to crash into someone and get into big trouble because I had no idea how to stop other than crashing into the wall or side rail.
my mom, sister and I, even our dad sometimes, watched..and we went to the shows too, Stars on Ice a couple or more times, and Champions on Ice.
I saw one show when they were traveling around the country
i always took Gramma to any and all ice shows at the arena in Denver; it’s one of my best memories.
