Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I cannot fathom having three rooms done consecutively. It’s too much going on in my house, invading my privacy especially when all you thought you had was a washing machine that leaked….not to mention the $$ and that they may have to cut into the walls to get to the pipes…………..too much at once out of the blue….I could cry.
Hi ardy good morning. I visited here a bit for pictures and saw your ordeal with bathrooms, toilet, kitchen sink and washer. This sludge inside pipes is a pita but you just cant help it. I was thinking if you maybe have trees or bushes in your garden ,whose roots grow into your sewer pipes and clog it ? Happens here with willow trees. Their roots “seek” water inside the underground pipes which go outside thru the yard and lead to the big pipes underground by the road. Thats how the pipes are here. Just an idea…. I dont think this has anything to do with trees which we only have two palm trees . This is just build up from many years!!!! The house was bulit in 1959 and we havent had this done and we have lived here over 40 years.

I know this will be a difficult ordeal for you. It isn’t ease to put up with men coming in and out of your home, disrupting your routine, noise, and then the cost! But you will sorta fall in step with the new, but temporary routine, and before you know it, it will be over.
Maybe if they cut out wall and do the wallboard you can paint yourself. It will be just a small area, maybe just a foot square. They don’t need to expose the whole pipe, just where the pipes join. I understand the money situation, where it is, tax, etc. But don’t let the investment company bully you!

Its up against the door on the back porch and the house blocked from the wind it’s a deep one with high sides, its sitting on a piece of styrofoam it’s the best I could do on the spur of the moment. Its better than being directly exposed to the cold ground

Hi gang Ok don’t laugh, I have just gone door to door to my neighbors houses to find out if this tiger car that’s been hanging around is theirs and its not I will check the block next me tomorrow to see if it belongs to someone over there, I just feel bad for it, a couple of nights ago it was outside and it meowed at me,anyhow I put food out for it and on my back porch put a cat bed on some styro foam to give it or a raccoon or opossum a nice place to sleep… Read more »

I just put it on a styrofoam lid I could find that in the dark garage, I sent a picture of where the bed is
