Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I am doing good now, thank you. I don’t know why it was so upset earlier today. It’s better now. I ate a PBJ sandwich and some pears a little bit ago. I feel okay now. I will probably go to bed in an hour or so.

I just watched the live feed of Vera delivering her baby goats. How beautiful! ❤️ I tell you what, though, there’s no way I could have walked around like that right before childbirth! They are really cute little babies!
And, E-26, at the SWFL eagle nest, branched to the veranda today. Yippee!!

Plain cabbage is so tasty. A little bit of salt and maybe a couple other flavorings like maybe a little bit of bacon pieces. I can’t eat it any more, but I sure remember it!
Kale and cabbage have helped me diet. Low calorie and lots of fiber.
Oh, I know! They are great! I was raised on them.
I got jury duty from Federal court today and I was excused because i am over 70! Yay
