Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good evening…watching Arsenic and Old Lace, Pam reminded me 😀 …so the ice cream…DH’s was a cotton candy ice cream on a stick..not real big because he really wasn’t going to get any…mine was a turtle flurry…turtle (caramel and hot fudge), nuts (can’t remember what kind)..going to have a burrito now..DH bought some big tortillas and we fill them with taco toppings.

I haven’t done a lot today. I’ve been going through a bookcase, getting rid of some really old books. Jo’s nursing books, how to books, books about parrots, tennis, household hints. Etc. My thinking is if I need to know something I can google. I don’t need a 40 year old book. I find if I pull things out like Jo’s nursing books, I can get her to look at them. Sounds like you are being smart about Jo….I still have my Cosmetology book….why I dont know.
After awhile she will probably get the “bug” and want to get into it too. I think I’m going to see if I can sell and off my vinyl record albums. There probably are very few sale able so I might not fool with it.

I guess I’m not quite tired enough of them yet. My whole life there. I worked so hard for all of it, and now I’m just going to toss it. I’ll get there, I’m hoping. I haven’t had pizza in a while, and I’m having a craving for mushrooms and bell peppers. Tasty!!!!

Hi ……The movie was good but not what i expected. My legs were good during the movie but as soon as we left the RLS kicked in…hard to sit and type when they are so bad.
Hi Ardy glad the movie was good and you got to see one. It is at least good the RLS let you get out of the theatre before it set in. Wish there was something you could do for that. Does it help to walk?

No it doesnt help to walk because it doesnt go away. I am taking the prescription medicine for Parkinson’s that I have been on for 40 years. I am going to talk to Julie about it, maybe I need something different? I also have been taking magnesium as she suggested. I rub creams on my legs too.
Yes I had popcorn and dropped some on my white capris and the butter didnt come out so a good pair I can only wear to the movies now

I’m sorry to hear about your legs hurting, Ardyth. 😥 Do you find this happening more often when you sit for a long period of time? You’ve probably already explained it before, but I am just curious. There’s probably a cure somewhere, in some unheard of Island country, on the other side of the world, but we haven’t heard about it yet. I thought the movie was going to be about a couple who didn’t get along with each other anymore. Is that right?

Hello..the dog walk was nice, got pretty warm. Afterwards I wanted ice cream…DH didn’t and I’m a bad influence, lol…I got a turtle flurry and DH got a cotton candy tootsie bar and of course dog sundaes/pup cups for the dogs.
Sounds like a good time for all. The ice cream sounds good even though I’m not sure about either of them.
