Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Back from petsitting and in for the night…the weather was so yukky today…wouldn’t mind so much if I was just inside reading and sipping tea but it’s because I’m petsitting..not fun to play with dogs in the rain so I just let them out each time I was there, to potty. I’m taking care of two border collies. She knew because I told her we were going to take the dogs to FIL’s after we left there. FIL was a bit confused but seemed to like his bag of treats.
I bet the collie’s want to run outside! Go away rain. So you took your dogs to visit FIL?

Too hot to cook!!! Cantaloupe, strawberries, bananas and cottage cheese for supper. I will have bacon or some other protein in the morning!!! Eating now. Today I watched some beautiful flying by Jackie and Shadow, Big Bear eagle parents. And fish catching. They are pros and beautiful. Videos on YouTube by “David James Eagles.” I did NOTHING today. Yay!!

I love eating fruit and cottage cheese it makes a great meal when its hot out😋 and its better for you to eat fruit and lighter things when its hot out its what your body needs😍
