Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Why do they keep adding minutes?
Because of timeouts/injuries or hydration stops.
I knew they did that at the end of regulation but they did it like 2-3 more times.
OT has to be played all the way to the end.
They do it in other sports too, we just don’t notice it that much. It’s that soccer shows the clock 🙄
I googled. Soccer ET is 30 minutes so it is longer than I thought. They divide it into two 15-minute halves, and add stoppage time to each half. So it boiled down to two half’s, 2 added stoppage time. So that was 4 different time sessions. That is why I thought they added more time. Seems complicated to me, and that is a lot of extra time compared to basketball and football.

Good afternoon ladies. I went to the early service this morning. There weren’t a whole lot of people there. Maybe because it’s summer. I don’t know. I have been busy since I got home from church. Thanks for the tip on the pizza. I had one bad slice in December. Other than that I haven’t had any pizza since before March 2025. I’m hungry for pizza. We have always bought the DiGiorno boxed pizza unless we got it from a restaurant.
Yes tie is ticking…….At this point I am more anxious about traveling, packing, etc. Once I land in MN the fun will begin….

I know the goalie must wear different clothes to distinguish themselves. But seems they could at least wear something a little closer. Like a solid shade of just the accent on teammates uniforms. I can’t even remember which goal is which.

They could wear that dark blue stripped color for Argentina and that little orange stripe for Spain as a solid color uniform, then I could remember.
