Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I order from them enough that I believe free shipping pays for the cost. Plus you get your order much faster than anyone else. But of course it depends on how much you order. I have ordered a lot of things elsewhere where the shipping was more than the cost of the item.

Good day!!! Rick and I met Zura and Fred in South Tucson for lunch. Their portions are always huge, I ordered a combo plate, two hamburger Pattie tacos, that came with rice and refired beans. I only ate one taco, some beans and no red rice. Zura ordered us fried ice cream for Rick’s birthday and one for her husband!!!! OMG! It was HUGE!!!! The ice cream had a weird coating on it with oats in it which I didnt care for.
Maybe that is the real Mexican style? We used to get fried ice cream at Chi Chi’s. It had a cookie like crunchy coating.
Maybe……it was like a crumble of some sort. The oats were a weird texture.

Red sauce is becoming a problem
Back from my visit with Rick. Chuck brought him a bowl of cut up cantaloupe/watermelon, he ate all that at 11am then i brought him a PB&J at 3p & he ate all that with a glass of milk. That room is so hot, i felt as tho’ i was boiling from the inside out; my face was bright red. Got home and took a Very Cool shower. Pam, I’m glad to hear Rick is enjoying the food y’all are bringing. That’s too bad about the heat, though. Scary that you got that hot. 😲 The fan is a great idea. Do they have mini portable a/c’s out yet? I heard at one point that they were working on them.

I have it on my tablet, which is a touchscreen, but I can barely see it, but you don’t really need it on a touch screen bc you can physically move the page up and down with your fingers
Yes but if I am well below sometimes it still takes awhile. I’ve had some replies more than a day ago. It really takes as long as the bar on a pc. You can hold the mouse button down and it moves just as fast as my fingers on a touch screen.

No not on this iPad. But usually I see the green key that says jump to newest comments if I have navigated to a different page. That is a new update feature. It takes me quickly to the very top. I used to have a hard time getting back to the top. Karen did too.

Thanks Karen I worried about it last night, and I still worried this morning. I did make a post after we talked one hour 20 minutes, but we talked 2 hours before it was over. I got to bed late, to sleep late, and up this morning more than an hour late.
