Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The chicks will continue to grow in the nest for about three to four weeks before fledging. More information about the cams, set-up or to make a donation please visit alyssasnaturesanctuary.org.

I’m going to eat and watch one 45 minute show, then I’ll check back in.
Fever lost bah humbug. ☹️. They play again tomorrow. I’m off to get some supper. Back soon.
Night Debbie
I checked. I posted at 11:34, 11:51, 12:23, 12:45, 1:26, 1:57. And more thru the afternoon.
Chinese?
I wonder if she has any left?
😃 Me too. I’m tracking it.
😂🥰
Yep.
🤣🥰
I bought too much, especially since I couldn’t eat at all Wednesday.
I know, but I thought it was a good idea to buy enough to have it on hand. Can always freeze it if you have to.
I still have one more meal. But it still tastes good. I would have finished now if I could have eaten Wednesday. The old Debbie would have just eaten more each night, but I am determined not to gain weight.
I am going to la down too…over and out
Rick says thanks for the BD wishes
