Good morning, It is raining today, a good day to relax and maybe watch a movie. Getting caught up on rest being lazy a couple days. Seems good to have the packing and traveling behind us now. Late May, it was the 18th but maybe a few days later. The builder is going to meet the code enforcement officer of this town of Waldoboro this morning at 10am, to explain the structure to get the permit. The COD guy is not easy to work with. Denny went over on Tuesday and didn’t get anywhere with him because he wanted all these specifics that need to come from the builder.
It seems that fewer things are easy to do nowdays.
That is the truth!

Any word yet on the closing date of your SC house?
We found out right before we left that the closing was going to be May 15th. We will sign overnight by FEDEX. It was supposed to be April 23rd but it didn’t work out, we email signed okay for the extension.
Got it!! I know y’all will be glad once the closing is official.
Absolutely will be relieved and grateful when it is over.

Good morning, some one posted this lovely picture of Rachel remembering how lovely and full of action the nest was at Hog Island ! My next door neighbours funeral yesterday which was very sad I have lived next door to him for 42yrs and now it will all change with the house changing hands I am wondering who will come and hope they don’t like loud music as its been so quiet up until now ! Plenty of sunshine today so the ideal day for Glenda’s laundry day should dry very quick.
Chaos in town this morning caused this time by the rubbish wagons pick up day in town.
Manage to do a Uturn and head back home.

They are talking about a new bypass that has been on the cards for the last 20 years.
But now with all the new housing estates going up it has now reached a critical stage where something must now be done. 😘

Howdy-do Lovely Early Bird People 🐦
Cool/cloudy today; got some rain later & on into tomo — sure hope it continues, there’s a pesky wildfire that will not go out after 7 days of burning. Thankfully there’s been minimal wind and it’s finally 45% contained; rain will take care of the other 55%. 🌧
Gas was $3.91/gal at Sam’s yesterday; not as awful as some places 😟
