Good Morning! Sunny and 59 going up to 82 with breezy conditions (SSW 10 to 20 mph with higher gusts). Yesterday morning Matcha seemed better as she was eating again. By late afternoon and evening she wasn’t acting right again, nor was she interested in eating. Last evening Matcha had another loose bowel movement so I was thinking I might need to take her to our vet today. Yesterday was cloudy all day and cooler and then later in the day it became very windy and rained and rained over night and is still raining. I actually like it.
I took these pictures when Rick was grilling. The birds love it when it rains.
Sounds like you had a comfortable weather day and you got some rain which is probably good.

The sun is shining, looks to be a nice day 47 going up to 67. Good outside working weather.
We worked outside awhile yesterday and today we are going to Barley Joe Farm Greenhouses, they have a beautiful country greenhouse and we want to get a hanging plant for a post Denny put in at the top of the driveway and some other flowers.
It seems so good to be working outside, so grateful we own some land and the cabin.

A cloudy and cool day even the CH boiler fried up this morning.
We have that cold North wind blowing again gusting to 25mph really making it feel so cold outside.
The one good thing is the shopping day is done and a Pretzel in hand now to enjoy with my coffee.
Shopping a bit earlier today so not too many in the store will keep this time from now on.

Good morning Ice, We also are running our heat, all day when it was raining and chilly. I hope you get some warmer temperatures soon. Shopping early is good idea to avoid busy grocery stores. I know you have been struggling lately with that. The video did say a lot of sitting can cause leg weakness and issues and I was thinking how young people today many have sit down desk/computer jobs and it can’t be good for their spines/legs. I was moving up and down most of the day at the medical jobs I had so I am happy I was.

I have watched that video and some I have done the rising from a chair.
But I tend to forget them and not keep up.
But the one thing I do every day is the Desk cycle2 which i do 80 minutes a day cycling.
If I did not do that I think my leg strength would be even worse.
Wow Ice, that is amazing that you do the Desk cycle2 for 80 minutes! It most surely has kept your legs in better shape and you are still mobile walking 😀
My caregiver told me several years back that weight bearing ( just standing ) is the best for our bodies. Since March I had been riding my bike a lot but here we have a busy road and a very uphill driveway so I hope to figure out where to ride it and maybe get a bike rack for the van.

That is one of the problems I think I have put on a few pounds recently and standing really tries my knees out now.
I think you are doing the right type of exercise, keeps the joints moving which as you get older is vital I think. 😀

Just an hour or so earlier made a massive difference to the amount of people in the store.
Obviously a lot of people do not like shopping that early….8-am.lol. 😘
Most people think I a crazy shopping – running errands early but I find it the best time of the day and during the week is the best too.
