CH boiler fired up again this morning for an hour but the wind has changed around to the South East now.
Feels warmer outside top temp today 59F a long way from an heat wave.lol.
We do have some sunshine today.
Been recommended to try some Type 2 Collagen tablets with vitamin C., supposed to help the joints.
Not found anything yet that has really helped ,so we will see how effective these will be.
Time for coffee and sticks now. 😀 😘

My friends across the road take them and they find they do work for their joints.
They were recommended to take them after going to GOA last year by a local Doctor. 😘

I have been absent in chat because our entire household is having issues today. I’ve been having bad intestinal issues in addition to healing from both fractured ribs. Following is a ‘copy and paste’ from an email we sent to Craig’s mother who tried twice to call my cell phone: Craig is taking another sick day to recover from his banding procedure on Monday. Morning! Yesterday was grey and cooler. It rained all that night and got almost half an inch.
I cleaned the house. Rick made tacos and refried beans for Cinco de Mayo.
Cool out now but in a few days, Monday, I think we will jump to 100 ° again. It isnt June yet but that i our hottest month.
I am watching to Cocodona 250 ultralight race. It is in Northern AZ and goes from Mon thru Sat morning. I enjoy watching it.

Another sunny start to the day, before it will change over to rain late afternoon.
Yesterday was beautiful sunny and warm. We enjoyed taking our time at Barley Joe’s looking at all the beautiful plants they have. We bought a pretty hanging basket for the post at the end of the driveway and 3 smaller plants for the arched plant stand and a Martha Washington Geranium which is so pretty.
It was fun getting my hands in potting soil and working with the flowers. I hope to get more soon.
I forgot the name of these little flowers but they love sun all day.🌞
The Martha Washington, love the variegated colors.

Another cool and windy day just 54F tops today but dry.
Mowers out on the Green yesterday so the Butter Cups have been mown off now, but they will return
Have my yearly MOT at the surgery this morning, a bit of blood letting and water sample.
Probably will get a telling off for putting a bit of weight on recently must cut back on the chocolate.lol.
