I slept much better last night.
Yesterday morning I had planned to run errands and almost didnt because of lack of sleep but, I decided to and today I am glad I got it over. I just went to the Beauty supply, Dollar Tree an P.O. to mail gifts to friends that I have had ready to mail for a couple gifts…they are just because gifts.

It must be awful to have that RLS. 😔
I have been on prescription tablets since the 90’s. A neurologist prescribed them and they are for Parkinson’s but yesterday I read up on them.
Oh my, that is scary Ardy. Why in the world do the doctors, caregivers not pay attention to renewing these medications knowing the side effects of long term.

It’s hard to go shopping when you’re sleep-deprived. I’m so glad you rested better last night.
It was worse because I took everything I had to help my RLS. I probably shouldn’t of done that but none of them were prescriptions.

But the cool NNE wind has returned with the wind chill factor outside this morning.
Any rain showers yesterday passed us by so no real rain on the horizon yet.
We have a couple of cold nights to come next week could bring a slight frost condition. 🙄 .

Sounds chilly for you. We are only 43 going up to 57 today but perfect weather to be working outside.
Again I can almost smell that bread when you mention cutting lots of loafs. 😘 Hope the arm isn’t too sore afterward.

Beautiful day, a sunny 77; so nice having windows/doors open. Got my hair refreshed for the graduation next week; it was very faded & way too much gray showing — UGH
Watched a couple Stephen Colbert’s, the Pres Obama interview and the one with Sally Field/Chris Stapleton. 💗 Chris thanked Stephen and his staff for their support and kindness over the years; always making sure the guests were well-cared for 💖

Morning
I didnt have a good night. I went to bed and was still awake 3-4 hours later due to BAD RLSI rubbed leg cream on them, took a CBD gummy and then Tylenol. I woke up at 1:30 in a DEEP, DEEP sleep because Nikki wanted off the bed and she had to have her pills. So I laid on the couch and slept, feeling tired today.

A sunny cool day, 43 going up to 55.
Yesterday was quite warm and sunny. We both worked on cleaning the van which was incredibly dirty from the trip and we finally got everything out of it. I got out one of my yarn projects and enjoyed just relaxing on the deck.
Today is laundry day. The reward for going to the laundromat is going to the bookstore cafe near it and having a delicious decadent sweet treat. 😘

it is…when my sister takes her car to be worked on, she goes to the library nearby…no yummy treats there, though..
