Another new week rolls around, time is going so fast lately.
The trees are really starting to show the budding leaves now.
It rained from 3 pm yesterday until 5am this morning, it is very very very soggy wet out there ! We sure are getting lots of rain.

I called sis Barb today and after her being her usual upbeat self she just said ‘Jenn this is so hard’ and starting sobbing. I knew she meant Mother’s Day tomorrow, the first since the loss of her son. I cried with her, it is so very sad she lost him. She always said he was her rock, he was always there for her watching out for her since Barb’s husband died I think 17 years ago. He took her out to breakfast every Mother’s day. Oh so sad for Barb. It is hard and unfair when a parent loses a child. That is so nice you are taking her to eat with you and Denny. That will help her. ♥♥♥ Bless you for being such a good sister.
Thank you Ardy, she has always been a good sister to me and I hope I am as good to her. I know it will help her to get out and not sitting home looking out the window for Travis to come down to see her, as he always did. It truly is so unfair for a parent to lose a child.

Good Morning! Cloudy and 61 going up to 77. I haven’t been resting very well for the past few days. I feel so exhausted but when I go to bed I can’t seem to get to sleep. Or, if I go to sleep I tend to wake up after an hour or two. Plus I’m still recovering from the two broken ribs and lower GI issues. I have started slowly eating some of my regular food. Yesterday and today I was able to eat a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and banana. I plan to go back to bed shortly… Read more »

Good morning, The sun is shining but they say some showers later today. Not heavy rain this time. The laundromat was so quiet yesterday I thought it was closed at first. When I entered there was one person at the far end and it remained quiet the whole time there. There are many washes and dryers, all brand new last year and always someone working there if you have a problem.
