Good Morning! Sunny and 76 going up to 93.
It’s around 10 AM and I just finished breakfast. I slept in again this morning. Craig had already left for work by the time I got up. I usually feed the girls their breakfast but Craig was kind enough to take care of that since I needed extra rest this morning.
Today I need to do some grocery shopping and perhaps more work on my continued purging project.

Good morning…don’t know if I posted much when my sister was here..we went out to eat, walked, watched movies at night, went to a few little shops..she helped out mom also…left last Thursday. Yesterday we took Bane to the outdoor market in the next town..he loves to visit the treat lady and I enjoyed chatting with our two vendor friends..I got a lemon blueberry scone. We got ice cream on the way home. It’s going to be a hot week, Bane will have fun in the sprinkler.
The scone sounds so good. I want to make scones sometime
Yesterday church was family service…….they have it when there is a fifth Sunday of the month…..so no Sunday school. We had pom poms and a bubble machine on the courtyard afterwards. Candace gave me this cute mouse her niece made. She has given me an angel, rabbit, mermaid and now a mouse.
I talked to my cousin, Raelene too.
Rick made a delicious salad for supper.
It is windy and thundering and raining now!!!! woo-hoo

Good morning,
Yesterday was kind of cool and cloudy. I relaxed and read outside with a light jacket on. We had heavy rain for awhile in the early evening then lighter rain.
Today is sunny and 57 going up to 75 and the last sunny day before a few unsettled days with rain.
We are going to Pemaquid Lighthouse and the beach.
A friend took this picture last night of the moon over Damariscotta Lake.
Hi Jenn, I don’t know where you are at the moment as I missed the cabin move for Winter because I wasn’t tuning in and Ardy filled me in a bit when I messaged her because I wasn’t sure what was happening and where you were moving and why ! That will teach me to keep an eye on things happening ! 🤔

Good morning, A mixture of rain and sun but so nice to be cool at night ! A bank holiday means no workmen this morning and I feel blessed to have a weekend of silence. Labor Day holiday is coming up on Monday September 7th. That will be a long weekend for Craig since the school where he works will be closed that day. Our banks will be closed that day as well.
God Monday morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam. A cool night and a cloudy morning with sunny periods today and the odd shower a high of 70F. Rest of the week will be just in the 70F range now that is more like it just right. Will be more rain about this week, we still need a lot more before before the drought is over. Hi ice, weather is really weird at the moment and you just can’t tell if its going to pour with rain or its just going to pass over ! My back bedroom has airers so washing can go up there which is very handy in Winter but as its just me not a lot to do ! Saved filling up the kitchen with a clothes horse.lol.
I do not stray very far from the house these days my legs are so bad these days.
I have a job walking across the room now.
I have various devises to treat this Sciatica but nothing really helps for vey long.🙄
My Osteopath got rid in one treatment I walked out the door a new fixed woman and if I could just go now I would to get the relief that this treatment gives in a shot !

Hi Ice…that is what chiros treat, and one of the most common issues..that’s what i started going for and it cured me..now it’s just for “maintenance” once in awhile or when I do too much and I’m hurting in my lower back. It’s because the spine is all out of whack as I say and pressing on nerves..it’s the only thing I know of that helps/cures it but maybe PT will a bit? to get things back in place, don’t know…I like that it’s natural and safe..no surgery, no meds..I do ice it and do stretches also.

Good Morning! Cloudy and 74 going up to 88. After today we will be back into the 90s for the first week of September. Our average high in early September is usually in the lower 80s.
I woke up around 2:30 AM not feeling well. I think something I ate didn’t agree with me. Thankfully after a short time in the bathroom things settled and I was able to get back to sleep. I plan to take it easy today.
Today Craig has more college sports announcing. He has 2 Women’s Volleyball matches for the invitational at Charlotte 49ers.
