Good morning, Today is going to be rainy through until 6am tomorrow. A good day to stay inside and do some projects Starting with a pile of ironing. Yesterday was beautiful I took 3 walks ( the last with Denny after supper ) and sat out and read. Denny and Damion got the table and BBQ grill put away in the shed and they went for a big breakfast and had a good time together. It makes us both sad to have everything tucked away now. We both feel Danny’s presence at camp, he loved it there and we are… Read more »

We brought the potted Geraniums down recently and they are doing so good still.

Yes it is all protected from the winds and rains, I love that about it.😊 I will bundle up and sit out and read or knit until it is very cold. Many people walk here and some come over to say hello and chat a few minutes. Something about being outside draws people to come and talk. I was thinking when we have taken some food for Ray here how you used to love to share some meals with your neighbor who passed away, was her name Emily. I love to share food sometimes and if you know they appreciate… Read more »

I hope not, if any predictions are accurate they say northeast area is supposed to be milder and warmer this winter and the southeast will be colder but you never really know. They are basing a lot on this El Nino predictions.

Good morning
I woke up and it was raining pretty hard, coming straight down. It is 65° and light rain now. That is chilly for us.
Yesterday I did some cleaning and will finish today.
I washed rugs and animal blankets.
Rick picked a bunch of Poblano peppers and stuffed them. He tasted one and said they were mild but that wasnt the case when we ate them.
He even thought they were hot.
Tonight I will make the Yorkshire pudding and I hope it turns out. Rick is fixing a little piece of roast beef.

You seem to be getting a good amount of rain lately.
Too bad the peppers were so HOT! Do you get any reflux from eating them, I think they would kill me.😝
Hope we can see pictures of your Yorkshire pudding.😀

I only eat a regular sweet green pepper and that in moderation. I just made spaghetti last night and I use the Rao’s for sensitive stomachs.

Good morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam. Should have been Pretzel day today but Glenda has had one of her turns and collapsed in the kitchen. She did call for me but I could not hold her up her legs just lose all the strength. She has not had a turn like since last year in September. A classic low Sodium turn. Had to call the boys Andrew and Jack no 2 sons boy. She was beginning to come around by then and could understand us. Managed between them to get her in her chair and she has now returned… Read more »

Oh no Ice, I am so sorry that happened to Glenda. She has done so well for a long time. At least now you know it is the sodium and she needs to get treated soon.
Thankful you have your sons living close and they could come right along to help. Even fetching your newspaper so she can do her crossword puzzle.💕

Good Morning! Sunny and 61 going up to 81 with breezy conditions.
I finally don’t feel achy since the remnants of Isaias are no longer in our area. Perhaps I can get more done today since I didn’t accomplish all I had hoped to over the weekend. No set plans yet so we’ll see how the day goes.

When Craig and were walking through the MapleWood Garden we came across their garden shed. One wall of the shed had numerous signs attached to it, all of which gave me a good giggle. Here’s a pic of some of the signs.

I had to pay Modlily $4.32 for something have no idea about. But i want the tops I am exchanging. I thought they would owe me money since I paid $5 less for the two tops I am getting in exchange. So I sent them an email asking what that is about.
I will never deal with this Company again.

Maybe they figured in the difference in the lesser costs of the items you reorderred and subtracted it from the full shipping costs?
