Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello………..took it easier than normal today because of my knee. It does feel better.
I got my letter for my mammogram and I have to have another one…said it showed a finding that requires additional imaging studies.
I hope my insurance pays for it. I am not worried, I just dont want to go again.
I’m glad your knee is better. It will probably normalize fairly quickly now. I know it is not easy for you to take it easy! 😊. Oh I know how it is to go back. I have had screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms, ultrasounds of the breast, and breast MRI.
Just a pain cuz i had to go back for the bone scan because i forgot the paper work. I hope insurance pays for it, otherwise i might not get it.

What is causing your knee problems, Ardyth? Having to have a regular mammogram is bad enough!! If men had to do them regularly, they would have come up with a better method by now.
A comment again related to the “former” Lake Ontario. I don’t think he will change the name of Lake Superior, but maybe just add on to the name. 🍊

It will always be Lake Ontario to the world and most of the country. It will always be the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. In two years Lake Ontario and Gulf of Mexico will probably return. But the East Wing and Rose Garden are gone forever.
Hello…last night I watched the eclipse off and on…I told my mom about it so maybe she did, too. I could see it from my kitchen and dining room windows once it got up higher than the trees. I walked this morning with my neighbor/friend, not a very long walk. I never could find the eclipse. I don’t know if I didn’t look in the right place, or if trees or clouds were in the way. But I was very tired and needed to go to bed. Nice to walk with a neighbor/friend. I know you are always happy to go places with hubby. It will be really nice next week to go to a scenic place such as park or lake.
Hi Debbie..it started around 9:30, the peak was at 11:12, we had to google it…it was to our southeast but that’s of course where the moon always is at that time…I texted DH when it was at the peak and he went outside at his dad’s.

Hi Lynn, beautiful day😍 coffee clinks to you and enjoy the rest of your day out and about😘 the eclipse was so cool, I had to go out on my back steps to get a look at it and did get to see some through the tree branches I only looked once and got to see almost peek time
I always go out in the middle of the night to look at the moon. I get better pictures that way.
They had on the news said what time peek viewing was so I went outside at that time😍 and that was 11:00 to about 11:15 It helped that I woke up around that time

I could see it perfectly from my window, it was pretty cool, I usually don’t get to see nighttime events bc it’s usually too cloudy here
glad you could see it from your window…this year guess I missed the meteor showers, love those..but used to go out in the country late at night with DH to watch.
Nice you got to see the eclipse. This was probably the first one i missed because of the clouds, but, I have seen many.
