Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Quiet day, didn’t do a dang thing ‘cept read papers/articles on the Emmy’s. Congrats to Stephen Colbert, i miss him. Their were very few dresses worth looking at, Mariska, Zendaya were both gorgeous. Most of them looked like fabric thrown willy-nilly — just awful. I miss Bob Mackie; he was fun & creative. RIP Sir. Ardyth, i like the glasses 😘

Somehow, I didn’t learn about a Haiku. I just looked it up, counted all the syllables in each of the 3 lines, and wondered just how i never heard of a Haiku. 🤣 I also liked what the cat had to say. Thanks, Pam.
I remember having to write Haikus in school..it was kind of fun, some were silly.

The roofers are here to clean up and finish up around the chimney put flashing down and caulk around rhe seams so it doesn’t leak. I helped out cleaning up the drive ways using the big walking magnet it picks up nails and I picked up my share of them-I know where I walk so I just wanted to make sure that was nail free I don’t need one in my foot😃I like helping 😘

Lovely zinnias they are always so happy😍 those cam up from seeds I took from flower heads that people had planted out in front of their houses, some people just cut them down and throw out the flowers and I take the flowers for the seeds

I cut Muriel’s hair. She stayed until 11 and we talked. I did finish cleaning the house this morning did some laundry. When I was at work we couldn’t give out someones schedual or phone number for safety reasons
They gave me his schedule. We always gave out the stylists schedules when i worked otherwise how would they know when a certain person was working?
People usually want to stick with the same person. I think shops expect that.

I’m back had to talk to Bruce he just stopped by. A screen in my brothers room will need to be replaced. Some thing poked it and its torn and off its frame so Bruce came in to get a picture. I will leave it for a bit just Incase the guy who came yesterday comes to look at things and I can show him the screen and all the dirt in the window sill
So the roofers damaged the screen? Did they do any damage at Bruce’s house?
At his house a outdoor light got broken that’s all I heard from him

Hello…we are getting a nice gentle rain on and off today. I’m doing a load of laundry and some little jobs. I’m waiting for DH to come home for lunch, or at least I think he is…he’s very busy right now with work, taxes, cemetery stuff..and of course, his dad. Think I’ll warm up a leftover hamburger for lunch and cut up a tomato also.
Hi Lynn. Your husband is a worker bee! I plan to have cottage cheese with a fresh peach for lunch. It is warm and cold food will be good. Later on I’ll probably eat some cantaloupe I chunked up yesterday.
Melon is the best on a hot day and really good for you too YUM!!!!
It is but I hate cutting it up and removing the skin and any green. Watermelon too.
I cheated and got cantalope chunks at Aldes😃 just for that reason its a lot of work to cut one up….

My hands can do it because it doesn’t require much strength or much thumb. My lazy bone does struggle. 😁. I think I posted the bruise I got just from lifting a watermelon from the floor to the sink! I’m sure it was the blood thinner.
