Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Feeding a cloweder at a farm in Texas, They are all ferals, all fixed. More cats just show up they are trapped and brought back to the farm after they are fixed. One picture has Tyrone the rooster supervising. He actually steals the cats food😂

Good Morning Debbie😍 Coffee clinks I have never heard of that chain of farm store, must be a south east farm store chain. I’m happy Jo got to see her great neice. I knew she had a neice in Florida but a great neice is special😘 next time invite your self. Jo was probably excited about seeing her and didn’t ask? have to help sometimes by asking. When did this happen? was it in the last couple of days?
Yesterday. Monday night Jo was talking to her sister about the trip and said “we” meaning her and me in context of the conversation. She quickly changed the we to “I”. Singular. I caught that and I knew then she wanted just “I” to go.
That makes sense- to have some one on one time with her neice. But also she might of thought you wouldn’t want to go? plus who would take care of Casey?
She could have asked and it wasn’t one on one. We always leave Casey for afternoons. We will both be gone longer tomorrow than yesterday.
Maybe Jo might stay over night? it would give her the chance too. You could still ask her? if you really want to go
This was yesterday. She was home by 5:30.

Not when she just goes to see Marilyn. That is just routine and I leave it to them. Jo’s sister just wants to be at home, Jo brings take out for them to eat. I imagine Jo and her sister talk about some things I know about from Jo, but her sister would not want to talk about I. Front of me. My sister would tell Jo about anything, but her sister has always been like it is a secret. Even with Jo. Jo has found out things later on from her niece that Marilyn didn’t tell Jo. Good Morning Bellas its 56 feeling so fall like fall, It didn’t rain last night so I can do a sweep of the drive way and walkways there’s shingle granules all over from taking off the shingles. I also had a Mariposa Monarca reveal I Love the Spanish name for Monarch Butterflies😍 so I have a release to do. I will wait for it to warm up for a release. The suns coming out now and blue patches of sky are showing up, Come on sun😘

They just have to come and get a pallet of shingles that were left over that’s up by the garage and I need them removed so I can sweep out there. I want to get Jade outside but not till I sweep first.
Be sure Bruce doesn’t get the shingles. Some roofers say left over shingles are theirs. But the other thing is Bruce was charged for the job by how many bundles of shingles it takes for the hob. So there is a controversy over who gets the left over shingles. Bruce might like to keep some of the shingles for a repair job if he has a place to store them, or his contract might be that the roofers get the left overs.
I understand about the shingles, there’s not enough left over to do another job. They are coming to get them. Plus there’s no where to store them. They are on a pallet and there’s no machine to move them. They are extremely heavy. I’ll send you a picture so you can see what I’m talking about
I would check with Bruce to be sure, he may not have thought about this. It only takes one bundle to do a repair job. I’m not talking about a whole roof. Down the road that exact color could be discontinued and it hard to match the roof.
Theres no way Bruce would be able to do a patch job on a roof His knees couldn’t even climb a ladder
He could use the shingles but hire a handyman.
I guess I could call and ask him but i’m not lifting a pack of shingles, its just opening a can of worms🙄 Called him and he said it was a good idea, but the new roof is going to last longer than we are going to live and its a no. Just would be something taking up space in either garage mine or his
I’m confused..do you mean make sure he does get the shingles? to use for patch up jobs? if so, might be a good idea and hire someone to patch if needed in the future.
Exactly depending on the deal with the roofers. I grew up with a roofer and I know the roofer’s thoughts. Dad also saw the customers point since the job was priced according to how many shingles were estimated to be needed and labor costs. Dad always hoped he could have leftovers, but if the customer said he paid for the shingles then Dad left them. He stored enough in the basement that sometimes he could accumulate a certain color to do a whole new roof and make more profit.
that’s what I thought, you said be sure he doesn’t get them. then if he kept some they would be exactly the same.
They won’t be needed the new roof will last longer than we will live

I got it going. It kept telling me the photo tray wasn’t pushed back or load paper. I wasn’t trying to print a photo, just some pages in a book. I went through settings and such, finally got it to work. What kind of company is coming? Have fun with whomever it is.
One of the folks who are helping me with stuff around the house. I forget why she’s coming tomorrow. But I’ll let you know afterward. Time for bed. 😄

I’m making dinner so far I’ve nuked a potato, will cook a little steak and am deciding to eat zucchini or broccoli. I need to get an Aleve in me asap and rest my back I moved my plants back to where they belong, I did have help but had to rearrange things after everyone left. So kids I’m saying good night sleep tight and don’t let the bed bugs bite😘
