Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The longhorns have pure blood lines so just keeping blood lines going. They are also known for being hardy, being able to eat things that other cows can’t eat. They are not used for meat. They are raised for their markings. Beautiful yard or pasture art. It’s a Texas thing
So ornamental cows? So for people who are not average income. I would think it would be expensive to own a cow even if it is hardy and can eat different things.
Like any animal it does require care,people like them and collect and breed them for different coat patterns a different collecting thing. The ranchers trade the longhorns with each other, and do trade for hay to feed other farm animals the have like horses other types of cattle to feed. They barter😘

Great news about the nests😘 I want to see if the sun pops out to warm things up a bit for the monarch before releasing they are cold blooded and need air warmth, it helps them fly better
It is that time you wonderful Bella’s. I’m tired, it has been a big day. Oh, my Barrett’s is gone She said the doc thought it looked like some, but biopsy was being and so were the polyps. I don’t have to go back to gastro for a year. I’m not sure I have ever got to wait a year.
