Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. DH took a break and made loose hamburger meat with crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, onion, and spices..it was pretty good…the people I petsit for came by with their dogs…I gave them their extra key back and they gave me more $..it was so good to see the dogs.

We have been home for an hour and a half and I am tired….. all went well, a lot of time spent in the car……and a few stops along the way.
We had lunch at IHOP and I even forgot to take a picture of my burger and fries. Rick thought we were going to run out of gas but we made it home to get gas at Fry’s.

No, we didnt visit anyone…..ate lunch and made a few stops at places for her. She also needed half/half – sugar- and pop so she would at least have coffee in the morning.

It’s called the Tucson weekly. It tells you all about the things that are happening in Tucson that week. And Rick picks one up every week to read so he picked one up for Lynn when we were in the dispensary. I was holding it over my fat. I don’t know what Rick was doing. Just holding it I guess

Hi Karen!! Not much to tell, picked her up at the airport, had lunch, went to grocery store and Dispensary since it isnt legal in South Dakota, she wanted to experience buying it……lol

We now have legal medicine marijuana. You have to get a card to buy and I guess prove you have a qualifying medical need. They only have one store in the state open, the stores have been delayed. There was a lottery thing to get a few stores. We lucked out, we are supposed to get one.
Geeez, Debbie. I’m so used to recreational being legal here. Very expensive, but legal anyway. I forget lots of states still don’t have that. It’s better than alcohol. At least you’re getting some medicinal stores. Better than nothing.
The dispensary is very expensive but we don’t have to worry about that as I let you know

I did quite a bit of reading comparing alcohol with marijuana. In everything I read what you said is true.
Oh, it is, Debbie. Alcohol has ruined so many lives. Marijuana does not have the same effect on people.
I read one thing that even said it is safer to drive high on marijuana necause people are more aware they are high and are more careful than people high on alcohol.

And they might not let you have it if you’re on certain other medications. I don’t know what those medications are — they are different for everyone.
I don’t think I’m on anything that might conflict, I don’t know. Blood pressure, rheumatoid Orencia, blood thinner, Wegovy, omeprazole, magnesium. The rest over the counter. Rheumatoid is a reason to have the card so I doubt the medicine conflicts.
