Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. 😂 If feeling sleepy or very tired go to your bed and lay down, get comfortable sleep so you get sound sleep, might be sleep deprived and your brain is just tired and it needs to shut down, cat naps are not sound sleep

Hi sweet Debbie. 😉 It only happens at the kitchen table — I don’t know why. And no, my husband is always somewhere else when it happens. I’m pretty sure I’m sleeping and not fainting. I have dreams. It’s just the Twilight Zone I guess. That’s what it feels like. 😱😂🤣
Maybe just don’t sit at the kitchen table. Sit wherever you watch tv, like on a couch or recliner, or look at your phone or computer. At least maybe you will rest better.

Not all the time, just every now and then. It’s just weird. A game of Now I’m here, now I’m not! Thank you for asking though, that’s very sweet. 😍

Julie, when I took a closer look I thought what looked like a newly hatched head was actually the right flank of the firstborn. I checked the You Tube chat and the evening viewers aren’t reporting it. So not sure if there is a hatch yet?
