Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello…we were out for awhile…DH, my sister, and I…went out of town to a little Slovenian cafe…I got tomato, avocado, bacon, cheese and something else on a baguette..my sister got mushroom, swiss and something else quiche..and we both got salads that had all kind of yummy stuff on them..DH got something like keilbasa but a different name…found it! it’s Kranjska Klobasai! and potato salad..everything from scratch..and my sister and I got three bakery treats each because it was buy two, get one free! all Slovenian treats. well, I do love most of it and apparently I missed my favorite US pairs skaters…I watch most of it, I think..once in awhile I go do something else or read.

Hi Lynn, what fun. I love places like that with unique food and great atmospheres. Quaint, cozy. Were all those shops within walking distance? Park once and shop. Must be a cute little town. I don’t know my sausages, even common ones. What sets them apart. So your Mom went to a party rather than go to the cafe, or just didn’t want to go. Regardless, what a nice day you had.
yes, the shops were all on the same street. actually, I said that wrong..she went to the party with my aunt and uncle and my sister picked her up and I’m sure went in and hung out, said hi and chatted with people. So she was at the party while we were at the cafe and shops, in the same little town.

We have brick walls in our living/dining room but they are painted. Many restaurants here have real brick walls inside.

love the brick walls..the buildings like that were probably built in the 1800s? and most were covered with drywall but in the last several years that all changed and drywall was taken down, exposing the bricks and at least in my town, you have to keep the historical ambience downtown, probably other towns also.

Had a wonderful walk saw lots of dog walkers😍 think I’m going to take the big leap and dye my hair a gray color, I stopped at Walgreens and picked out a shade called “soft silver blonde I love the color and if I don’t like it I can always change back, I just feel like a new look😃

well its on now Gabi, I had been thinking about doing this for a while, blonde hair just doesn’t turn gray nicely just looks washed out and faded yellow and I don’t care for that so today I went and looked at colors and they had this new one that I got, it looks kind of dark right now, but I know I will like it just takes time to get used to it😂 its only hair can always change it😘
