Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The snow at the Olympics looks so pretty against the night sky, especially with the snow borders flying up against the snowy sky.

well, not sure if we’ll do anything today…water leak at DH’s rentals so he left to check it out…water leaks seems to be the most common thing there, that happens and sometimes can end up being a big project. anyway, going to find something for lunch and feed the pups.

Hi Gabi..both, the landlord and he does just about everything…plumbing, electrical, anything that needs to be fixed…
also has a full time job, caregiver for his dad, pres of the cemetery, etc

well …he doesn’t have any time for our house, that’s why we have big problems in this OLD house that I’m not happy about …stresses me out..so no but wish it was like that..he’s either gone, busy, tired all the time

My life is so boring now I thought I would share my life in Jan. 1978! Let’s see there was horrible snow and ice. I was in Appalachia, Hyden Ky. Then work. A coworker and I went to the jail to see an alcoholic, psychotic client. While there he got into a fight with a jailer while we spoke to his lawyer. Throwing food. Saying a government machine was controlling his mind. Then we saw a 19 year old that had murdered his brother. I spoke about another client that was severely depressed and I was afraid suicidal. I was hoping I could make progress with her. All this was in one letter, and just the highlights. Apparently my life was not boring then.
lots of drama! I had a lot more drama but then drama isn’t always so good!

Rick and I went to sign the banner for Nancy Guthrie at News 4 Tucson – KVOA this morning where Savannah Guthrie got her start in Tucson, AZ. While we were there I was interviewed by Chip Yost, a news reporter from LA California.I did not have makeup on or my hair styled.

Yes dear heart. Just about as picture perfect as an average person can be. Average meaning a non celebrity who doesn’t have a professional make up artist and a $500 hair stylist.
I remember when Ardy broke her wrist and came home from the emergency room. No makeup nor hair styling. I thought she looked good. I actually liked her hair like that. I thought it looked cute.

You might be able to find the station’s web page. They may have a live presentation of the news on the web. YouTube might have it tomorrow. Or the tv station might have segment coverage tomorrow on the web.

I know that you feel better, when styled, but believe me: you look good and nice when you are styled and also when not.

I was reading about this lady guthrie on google news. They had a picture of a masked guy, too. Looked spooky. I hope she is still alive, how terrible.

We were in hamburg for a few days a few years ago, visiting a sunday -church service in person , which we had been watching on tv on sundays for a long time and still do.
Since they broadcast the sermon on tv, they also sometimes show visitors of the church service for a short moment. They filmed me, i saw myself (no wig) on tv later and thought: oh no, how do i look !!😲😳🤣.
I feel like that every time I look in the mirror.
