Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. No, nothing. I talked to a gal in the local ss office today, and she has no clue. She has looked at everything. But she’s going to send out feelers everywhere. We had a nice, somewhat silent, chat about how things have changed. She will do her best, I have a feeling.

We got fish meals at Culver’s…not our favorite…I saved a piece for my mom. The wind finally died down sometime after 6..I didn’t go out all day so it did feel good to get out for a little while…we also went to Aldi for butter (Irish of course) and cream. I don’t watch Hallmark channel much anymore but watching now since it takes place in Scotland. Have a good evening, friends 😊

Culver’s is probably good for fast food I would guess. I’m sure the special fish fries are way better. Glad you finally got some relief from the wind.
