Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The chicks will continue to grow in the nest for about three to four weeks before fledging. More information about the cams, set-up or to make a donation please visit alyssasnaturesanctuary.org.

I finished Wicked. It was nothing like I thought it was.
Rick taped it but not sure if I will watch it or not….is it a musical?
Two of the best female vocals out there😍
Yes.
“Aw snap! Something went wrong!”
This is the error message I just got. Then it went away and came back and told me I can reload. So I am going to eat something and then be back in a little bit hopefully. SNAP!!! 😧😢
I think all the ads might make things worse.
This morning this is on all SPO sites
I got one of those too in the middle of chat.
Whatever is going on, is beyond annoying. 😠
I got a error yesterday Karen Marie it wasn’t the snap one, I have gotten that before, this is what I got
I think even though you don’t want to, in order to fix the problems you are having you will have to clear your cache
Step 1 – Clear your website’s caching This might seem a little odd. The first step I’m recommending isn’t confirming the issue is occurring for others, it’s to clear the caching on your website The reason I recommend this is because the majority of website issues are solved by clearing the caching on your site.

I’m going to make something to eat, haven’t really eaten today except for some crackers and peanut butter, I’m ready to eat now and gummy up and kick back and relax. See you in the morning😘
Good night Julie. Enjoy your evening.
I’m going to, I had a hard time sleeping last night because I felt bad. I’m very tired
I had some trouble too! You will probably sleep good tonight.
‘night Julie 😴
Sleep tight, Julie. Enjoy your show. 😉 Talk to you tomorrow. 😍😘
I found out that DS did feel pretty bad about not being able to run there..🙁 ….another lazy day…read and kept falling asleep on the couch.
You had a perfect day Lynn got to kickback and relax-do the dogs let you sleep at night?
Is he doing ok?
Hi Lynn ♥ poor DS, i was looking forward to tracking his progress
I watched the AP service for Dick Cheney yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. “Adults in the Room.” It was like the old days. Everybody getting along, respect for everyone, whether R or D. etc. So nostalgic. It reminded me of my pride in America. And I thought it was a beautiful service. 🦅🇺🇲
The service was very respectful and beautiful, hearing the story’s from his grand children-they sure loved their Gandpa and he them. I had tears in my eyes
Me too.
I was teary-eyed too.
It was hard not to be teary eyed, you could feel the big sense of his loss and the gap it will leave for his family and the love they all shared💖 he even had dogs
💙🩵
It was a beautiful, moving service. I developed a new opinion of Dick and his family.
The same for me, I agree
Dateline tonight features Wisconsin cold case double murder, its a 30 year old case
I remember this case it happened 100miles from here
From rewind I got to see the great green Macawa at the nest tree in day light the colors are so beautiful😍these Macaw’s are critically endangered no eggs yet
Great Green Macaw’s — a new one for me. I will have to check that out. I just found out we have Sandhill Cranes in Colorado. They are cute.
Have you seen them?
Yes, on a TV special. The ones I saw are in higher elevations and in secluded areas. . They ARE CUTE. 🤗
Bet you saw the special I saw?
I don’t know. I don’t remember who presented it. A couple of guys were looking around for different birds in the area.
I remember them flying to a clay cliff above a river
I think it was a different show. I don’t remember that part. But I could have missed something. I am finding more and more nature shows on TV these days.
I love it😍
This nest is on Youtube Karen Marie it just started like 10 hours ago. I love the Sandy’s😍
Thank you Julie. 😘
I find it interesting to listen to the sounds of the jungle, even if you don’t see the Macaws, its very soothing
See if you can find the clay lick in Peru. I’ll check to. The different parrots go to the lick in a group. They leave and another group comes in. They come at the same time each day, get nutrients they need from the clay.
I have seen them do that on a PBS Nature show😍
I will see if they have a cam there, thanks for the idea😘
