Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I’m so tired of dealing with medication problems. I’m struggling with both of my injectables. It seems it always requires multiple phone calls, lots of dealing with all the robo stuff where they ask me stuff and then don’t understand what I say, being put on hold, call the doctors office, waiting for insurance authorization, it isn’t on the formulary, leave a voice mail. Geez.
What a hassle Debbie-the Doctor should just have the prescription order in and how many refills for you so you don’t have to go through this all the time
For the Wegovy it is an insurance problem not the doctor. For the Orencia I’m not really sure what it is, but could be the provider or the new ownership of the clinic.
What would ownership have to do with medications? I don’t understand?
I don’t understand it either but prescriptions somehow go through the company. It is a new arrangement, I’ll try to find out more when I have the next appointment.

Both are still in limbo. My primary has sent, I forgot what they called it, to challenge the Wegovy. The Orencia for RA is not an insurance thing, just getting the prescription through the bottleneck.

I used to write letters when i got up – now i lay on the couch and stream shows and fall asleep when ever, i usually have to rewatch my soap…..lol

A lot of work! But I guess it is better. I’m not sure if you can buy packaged or frozen coconut without sugar? I know the Baker’s had sugar, but maybe the frozen doesn’t.
A fresh coconut has sugar in it, naturally occuring-its a high sugar fruit-like grapes
The Baker’s has added sugar.
I just buy coconutmilkand shredded coconut, He uses a drill smart, I have used a hammer and a screw driver
