Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. We had tacos for dinner..a late dinner because DH was working at the cemetery…he had to drill a hole in a wall in the mausoleum so he could fit a box of ashes on top of a casket…it didn’t quite fit, had to turn it sideways I guess….another guy was helping him. Anyway, guess I’ll read now for awhile or maybe look at my IPAD which is a bad idea…trying to stop that earlier and hopefully sleep better.

Yes the coconut rice goes with the beans…he shredded the coconut to cook in the rice.

I really have understanding for israel. Iran and allies dont want israel to even exist . And this incitement of genocide against israel happens since 47 years ! There were numerous attacks plus iran-ally hamas killed… so many young people on this festival in israel in 2023. Terrible. ☹️

I hope so. The last I heard I didn’t know that it was a done deal, but we just got thru watching all the national broadcast news, so that was 30 minutes ago.
