Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Your meal sounds great. I had pancakes and some little sausages i keep in the freezer. I could only eat 2 of each. Not very hungry. There is nothing going on here. I will have to make some excitement. 😝

It has to. I never got 53,000 in interest in 2024. And they can’t prove it.
They think you got that much just in interest? That would be a big account unless it was really dividends.
I know, I can’t figure out what happened. I’m sure they won’t tell me the details. But I know they will figure out that they messed up somewhere.

Thanks debbie. Well I know you know what a hassle these things are. And I don’t know why. I would really like to see things go nicely for about a year or so. It’s been a rough few years, and I’m ready to rest for a while. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not griping, I just need to rest for a bit and then start again. Actually, we all need to rest for a while.
I know Karen. You have been through so much. I still think even about your dogs you had to give up. And now you have such a long list of health concerns. Shoulders, bone necrosis, RA, Falling asleep. I hope all these medical issues can be solved, or at least treated.
Thank you. I’m thinking I can get some of these things fixed. I can’t believe some of it sometimes, but then I think about those that have it worse, who can’t walk or see or hear or other things. And I think it’s not that bad after all. I can manage it. I am glad you have already come to the point where you feel much better. It took a long time though, and I know you had your rough spots too. But now, look at you, feeling good and moving along. I am really so happy for you.

Is the race over for the day?
I think they run day and night. I don’t know if the race is called at a certain time or if they wait until all runners are in.

24 hours but I dont see how much race you see in the night. Last night it was one of the aid stands
Do the runners wear a light?
Yes
I didnt stay up but i tuned in around 3:00 my time and all i saw was an aid station but runners can and do come in during the night.
Tomorrow will they end the race even if some runners are still on the trail?
I heard a bit ago that runners would still be coming in on Friday and Saturday.
The race ends Sat 10:00 am……..there will be runners cowing in until the end

Those little red flags are so hard to see, even in the daylight.
No it goes 24 hours, the feeds end and then you have to go to the next one…..

It was 35° last night/this morning….they were cold.
Yuk very cold even for a runner.
I was thinking it was warmer than it is. I didn’t realize it was that cold at night there in Arizona in May. BRR.

See, that looks like an aerial camera, that is why I thought maybe they are using a drone. And the camera was not stationary, it was moving with the runner, but high like that.
