Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I check in sometimes. How are they getting the video of the runners on the trail. I was wondering if it is a drone. It looks like the camera is moving with the runners, not stationary.
a go pro or something like that
They make those in drones. I wonder if they make them in a way that they can follow a subject at a distance without an active pilot, like a homing devise.
I think it’s the pacers who have them
It just seems like I was seeing an elevated view of a runner, not on the same level with the runner.
