Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello…well, I stayed here…was kind of tired and feeling lazy, just wanted to relax and not be in a hot house…I go there anyway and my sister already met this caregiver. So she could just walk in and the caregiver knew who she was. I’m waiting now, they got a bite to eat and ate at the park…we’ll watch a movie or something…

I’m home fat and sassy😂 we had BBQ chicken corn on the cob it was really good corn, baby potatoes and I made a quinoa salad it tasted really good nice and fresh, I’m tired been outside all day it got up to 84 getting to 88 tomorrow-plants are watered had Jade out for a walk- it feels good to be home😍watching AMA awards

Yea, I’m going to be doing other things, I want something own the tv I don’t need to watch continuing. I fed Casey, will feed me soon, type here as people post, maybe watch the rest of today’s tennis on my iPad. So intermittently watching the music show works as things grab my attention.

Hello…sitting on my porch. We managed to get up and going in time to see the parade (sister, mom, me)….used to go more often, it’s been a year or two…when DS was in band we went every year of course, jr high through high school…I’m waiting to see if my sister is going to my FIL’s soon to show him pictures…I’m kind of tired and enjoying the porch but might go.

@Lynn I got but more than once by a mosquito and so has Rick so I took another shower to get rid of the itching.

I had to spend some time dealing with younger sister Tina’s problems this morning. It started about 8:30 with Nancy texting me that Tina was worried about her daughter Phoebe’s problems. Tina had texted Nancy like 6 am, couldn’t sleep, Nancy tried calling her at 8, no answer, so texted me. Then Nancy texted a little later and said Tina had called her. Then Tina calls me around noon. I was doing internet searches. If I found a hospital with a psychiatric unit I was going to call the social worker. I didn’t really want to do that because I hardly know Phoebe, havent been involved with her, 2 years ago didnt even know she has children. I knew nothing first hand.
If it was me I would let them deal with it.
