Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Just had another roof guy here to look at hail damage and of course the house and garage roof have some damage from the hail we got like a month ago. I got to see pictures of what the roof damage looks like its not a actual dent but a hit that hits a shingle and knocks the granuels off the shingle leaving a bare spot. He had the coolest ladder it was telescopic I had never seen one before
That is certainly weird looking. I’m trying to figure out exactly how that would work, right now.
You just pull up on it and it gets taller and locks into place
So those are the rungs, with the black circles on the ends. Looks pretty cool. I haven’t seen one of those yet either, and what a great way to save space.

Bellas Good Morning and Happy June😍 might of gotten a very small amount of rain last night.its nice and cool out there cloudy to different birds singing this morning. I hear a Great fly catcher😘easy to identify. I will finish planting the rest of my garden seeds other wise no other plans. Jade was meowing to me she needed to eat. Did you know cats only meow to us humans? they don’t really meow to each other unless it’s a Tom looking for a female or a female in heat looking for a Tom.
