Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. It was a win,win for everyone, yes they did say they were going to do it. I have only seen once here where they opened a fire hydrant for the kids. There are splash pads all around the city now for kids to play in. There’s one that’s close to me, I was thinking of going and enjoying it🤔😂
Good idea. Go to a splash pad and have fun with the kids, maybe adults too.

Good job Karen, you really summed up the day! I tried to find Ardy’s wedding picture but I couldn’t. I really thought I had it. Ardy has always been a pretty woman. Rick pretty handsome too! I hope you and Pam both aren’t bothered with fires. I don’t think tennis is that hard to learn. Love just means zero, deuce means tied game. Debbie, I love all the tennis players from back then that you love – plus Agassi. I just didn’t know very much about the game, even though I watched it. Now that I do know the scoring, and all the terms that are used, I enjoy even more. More unique tennis terms: (game), set, match, ace, fault, and more. Wouldn’t be tennis without them. I was using a McCormick plain pepper mill for black pepper but it got so hard to do with my hands. I’ve always wanted a good pepper mill so I ordered one with some peppercorns.
