Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. OK I pressed pervious on the thing below to read more comments so I do I get the new comments back? I don’t have a load more comments thing, what’s a gal to do?
those are different pages, so previous means the pages before this not previous comments, all you would have to do is refresh at the top of the page and it should bring you back to here or go to the cam hub (main cam page) and come back in here and you will be back where you want to be

go out and come back in, you know like go to another camera here at SPO you watch and then come back here and see if that fixes things, don’t open another page to go to another camera go from this page

Posting is going smoothly for me. Now I don’t have the ball on the side telling how many new comments. I had it this morning. I did like the bigger bell and how it would take me to each comment.

no, the bell at the top of the screen is for private comments to a specific person, the one on the side is for any new comments in the whole feed
I don’t have the load more comments thing, I have this at the bottom
you should not have to use that and its going to disappear soon. you should just have more comments load as you scroll if that is not happening let me know. You really should not even being seeing that unless you are scrolling super fast to the bottom. Even then it should load the comments after a second or two…

OK will try scrolling slow I have to do it manually I have no touch screan, I went to the bottom and it automatically loaded more comments didn’t have to do a thing😃
depending on your internet connection you can scroll fast as possible and never see the bottom until either your finger gets sore or there are no comments left. If your internet is slower sometimes you will see the bottom but it should still load more comments. 👍🏻
Everything has worked for me except I still have to log in a lot of the time. I used to be able to go months without logging in. It isn’t a big deal, just an extra step.
